The Museum of Modern Art opened in Mexico City in 1964 to house works by modern artists. This place is some of the most important temporary exhibitions of national and international modern art in the world. Representing the Mexican muralist movement are significant works by the three greats artists: Diego Rivera, Jose Clemente Orozco, and David Alfaro Siqueiros in the destination of Mexico City.

The main building is a round, two-story structure with a central staircase. Two of the museum’s four spaces showcase the permanent collection, which also contains works by Mexico’s other modern masters as Tamayo, Jose Luis Cuevas, Alejandro Colunga, Francisco Toledo, and Vladamir Cora. The remaining two spaces house visiting exhibitions. The museum is surrounded by gardens exhibit large-scale public sculpture. This museum is very important because represent the modern of Mexico about the different styles of arts. The place represents a tourist attraction due to the fact that we find a real modern art.
